Arthritis Remedies are far and wide, from the tradition medical to the old wives tales. What works for some may not work for others. What you believe or have been lead to believe might just work.

All cultures have different types of remedies. We can briefly look at a few of the common and again the not so common.

Herbal supplements are an ever growing area. Every day something new is being suggested.

One must remember that should you choose to elect to try alternative herbs or supplements, you need to understand that many have not been extensively studied and are not approved by the FDA. Many doctors are not open to alternative treatments and as a result, are not helpful in guiding patients in this area. But this doesn't mean that you shouldn't read up on or explore other methods of treatments related to arthritis.

There are many well documented articles available on Arthritis Remedies, each time we read a new article we gain a little more understanding into Arthritis symptoms and how we can elevate these.

Of all the Arthritis Remedies it has been suggested that Omega-3 Fatty Acids might be useful in prevention of arthritis.

The Omega-3 Fatty Acids have anti-inflammatory properties, and are most often found in fish oils. They can be taken as a capsule. Other dietary foods high in this substance include: vegetables, beans, fruits as well as canola, wheat-germ, and walnut oils Many of our garden herbs have anti inflammatory qualities too, like Chamomile, elderberry, feverfew, goldenseal, licorice, marshmallow, nettle, skullcap, wild yam, wormwood, and yarrow all have compounds that fight inflammation. Pick some of these and make a pot of tea as you could be enjoying one of the nicest of remedies.
